CHT 200,000 IP STBs DinYen and HwaCom to buy.

Chunghwa Telecom (CHT) July announced the result of an open bid 200,000 IP-set-top boxes (STBs), with Taiwan-based DinYen technology and HwaCom systems obtain each a supplement 119,000 STBs and 81,000 units or to deliver.

With total procurement value of NT $ 580.6 million (18.1 million dollars) will be the IP STBs for new MOD (multimedia on demand) participants, the Taiwan-based telecom carrier specified provided.
